In 2007 Alison Martino was hired to produce a show for TV LAND called MY FIRST TIME which featured pop culture celebrities sharing stories of their first big break in show business. The series looked back at the big breaks for actors and musicians through clips, profiles, and interviews with actors, producers, agents and directors such as Henry Winkler, Ted Danson, the cast of the Dukes of Hazzard, Mr. T, Roseanne Barr, Jim Belushi, Cybill shepherd and Glen Campbell. Interviewed to support their stories were Peter Bogdanovich, Penny Marshall, Betty White, Bryan Cranston, Valerie Harper, The Smothers Brothers and Nancy Sinatra.
